2.38 When moderation is established, energy is gained.

ब्रह्मचर्यप्रतिष्ठायां वीर्यलाभः

brahmacharya pratisthayam virya labhah

When moderation is established, energy is gained.

Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, 2.38

brahmacharya = moderation
pratisthayam = when established
virya = energy
labhah = gained

Maybe this could be taking the time to find where leaks are in our lives. Like finding and patching up holes in a bucket so it can hold water again.
