Art as Therapy
2.32 Purity, contentment, discipline, self study and devotion to god are the observances
2.31 These great vows are universal, independent of class, place and time.
2.30 Non-harming, truthfulness, non-stealing, consciously directing your energy and letting go are the forebearances.
2.29 Yama, niyama, asana, pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana and samadhi are the eight limbs of yoga.
2.28 From practicing yoga, the obstacles dwindle and the light of wisdom dawns, leading to clear discernment.
2.27 Wisdom in the final stage is sevenfold
2.26 Unwavering discrimination is the means for removal
2.25 If that blindness is absent, union is absent and ceases. This is the liberation of the Seer
2.24 The cause of that union is blindness to absolute truth
2.23 Union is the powers of the owner and the owned causing the recognition of their own nature
