Ingredients

  • 200g wholemeal flour
  • 200g white bread flour
  • 20g olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry yeast
  • 260ml water

Method

Add all the ingredients to a bread maker machine and set to pizza dough (takes about 45mins on the machine we have). If you don’t have a machine mix everything together in a bowl then knead, leave for 10-20mins and knead again.

Divide into 3 equal amounts. Roll out each one, place a rolled out pizza base in a baking tray dusted with flour to prevent sticking, add toppings, and bake for 10-15 mins at 200C.
