yoga with grace

धारणासु च योग्यता मनसः

dharanasu ca yogyata manasah

And the mind becomes fit for concentration.

Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, 2.53

dharanasu = for concentration
ca = and
yogyata = ready, fit
manasah = of the mind

I feel this is about when we are centred and calm despite everything going on outside.
