
ततः क्षीयते प्रकाशावरणम्
tatah ksiyate prakasavaranam
Then the cover over our inner light wanes.

tatah = then
ksiyate = cease, wane
prakasa = light
avaranam = cover
I think this is far more accessible than it sounds. After practising breath work I usually feel a bit lighter and calmer. What helps you feel like this?
