शौचात् स्वाङ्गजुगुप्सा परैरसंसर्गः

saucat svanga jugupsa parair asamsargah

From cleanliness arises aversion to one’s body and cessation of contact with others.

saucat = From purification, cleanliness
sva = one’s own
anga = body
jugupsa = aversion
parair = with others
asamsargah = cessation of contact

This one sounds a bit ascetic, though I like to interpret it as taking a rest and doing whatever helps us to stay more balanced and healthy, in the way taking a bath not only washes off dirt but also is relaxing and restoring.
