सत्यप्रतिष्ठायां क्रियाफलाश्रयत्वम्

satya pratisthayam kriya phala asrayatvam

When truth is established, action and fruition come from that.

Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, 2.36

satya = truth
pratisthayam = when established
kriya = action
phala = fruit
asrayatvam = hostility

This made me think about gardening and how I never know for sure if the plants are going to bear fruit or not. Even if I research all the details of how to do it and do the best I can, there are still other factors that affect the outcome like the weather, etc.

So in this case, truth could be seen as the whole picture, including the weather and everything else!
