Yin Yoga Classes in Shinjuku

Yin Yoga is a slow and passive form of yoga where we hold poses for around 1 to 5 mins. Longer holds allow space for a meditative practice and bringing awareness to our breath, allowing our nervous system to settle and our mind to enter into a peaceful state.
