英語でやさしい陰ヨガを楽しみましょう💖

「陰ヨガ」とはゆっくりとした受動的なヨガで、少し長めの約 1 ~ 5 分間ポーズを保持します。 ポーズを長く保つと、瞑想と呼吸に意識の余裕ができ、副交感神経が優位になり、ココロが平和な状態になります。
